Q	How is the screen saver delivered.
A	We offer downloadable screen savers only.
Q	What happens after I place an order?
A	First, download a FREE demo version of the type of screen saver that you want. If you like what you see, then click the BUY NOW button and enter the required payment information. After your order is successfully processed, (usually a minute or so) you will be directed to a secure page which will include your activation code.
Q	What if I have a problem downloading the screen saver which I purchased.
A	In this unlikely event, simply email us at sales@wavesavers.com and give your name and order number (included in your confirmation email) we will be happy to assist in your download.
Q	What if I forget my activation code after I purchase a screen saver?
A	Your confirmation email will contain your purchase number. Send us an email and mention this number.
Q	Will my screen saver appear full screen on my computer?
A	Yes, all of our screen savers will appear full screen up to 1280 x 960 resolution.
Q	I downloaded a screen saver, but I don't know where it is now.
A	We recommend downloading the screen saver to your computer's desktop so that it's easy to find. If you have already downloaded your screen saver and you don't know where it was saved, start a new download and note the location (on your computer).
Q	How easy are WaveSavers screen savers to install?
A	Our screen savers are single executable files (no ZIP files to decompress). All you have to do is double click the installation file and follow the directions. It's very simple!
